Senior Digital Project Director

 Your deep background in, and passion for, delivering complex, highly designed and brand-focused digital solutions will help. You’ll bring a strong understanding of the digital landscape, technology, and can run multifaceted projects all the way through to an awesome deliverable and a happy client. 

 You’re always tracking progress and milestones and thinking 3 steps ahead on a project that only has 2 steps. But more specifically, you'll have the following duties that require the following traits:

Duties:

* Digital Project Strategy, Direction & Management 

• Develop and implement strategic plan and management of complex digital projects from start to finish

• Consult with clients and internal teams to solve digital challenges; architect brand-focused digital solutions; lead project teams to the successful delivery of those solutions

• Create scopes of work, estimates and resource allocations for big budget projects, and manage to those scopes and budgets throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage multiple projects and clients concurrently

• Lead internal teams to successful project completion 

* Client Account Manager 

• Manage and guide clients from project initiation through successful project completion ensuring a healthy and positive relationship

• Identify and support client goals with strategic solutions, including guiding budgeting and forecasting process, helping them see project opportunities, and roadmapping project calendars 

• Foster and grow your client accounts; guide solutions and deliver project results that exceed their expectations and result in the highest levels of client satisfaction

 Traits + Experience:

• 6+ years of digital project management in a fast-paced, multi-client environment

• Willing and able to get into the weeds with developers on complex digital projects

• Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically about clients, their business, and our projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to craft and deliver presentations, great written project briefs and emails

• Comfortable leading clients and projects proactively to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction

• Significant experience creating project documentation (scopes, briefs, sitemaps, timelines, budgets, content outlines, specs, test plans, etc.)

• Solid team player must be self-motivated, driven, passionate and nice

• Confident, but able to accept and improve from constructive feedback

• Must be responsible, detail oriented and have strong eye (for quality control)

• Leadership skills in leading technical and creative project teams

• Highly collaborative, relationship-focused work style that motivates and engages co-workers in multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to manage-up (communicating risk, issues, etc. while there is still time to address) and solid negotiation skills

• Resourceful problem solving skills, the ability to get things done in digital, and experience with project delivery
