We're looking for an energetic and ambitious person to help new customers succeed with our product.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Helping new customers get set up and comfortable with the product
  2. Answering questions from prospects
  3. Creating product documentation
  4. Writing new feature announcements through email and blog posts
  5. Managing social media accounts for the company
  6. Hosting product demos as needed

You are not expected to generate leads, you'll have plenty of those. You'll need to focus on turning inbound leads into happy, successful customers.

Ideally, you have experience in the ecommerce field. Bonus points if you're familiar with the Shopify platform. Sales background is not required. The ability to communicate well is the most important skill for the role.

You need to be comfortable talking to customers and building relationships.

We're a small team of 5, which means you'll have a big impact right away.

We are growing very quickly, so this is a fun and challenging environment. You need to be cool with staying happy and positive, even when things are tough :)

The position starts off on a contractor basis and will turn into a full time position with benefits once we've decided we like to work together.

The office is located in the Starve Ups office at WeWork in downtown Portland.
