Project Manager

eROI is seeking an experienced project manager that specializes in email and web.

The Project Manager requires experience driving complex, segmented email marketing campaigns and websites.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment driving the production process from start to finish. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working as the bridge across several departments, coordinating resources, motivating team members, and providing necessary tools and materials to meet critical deadlines. They must be a strong communicator and capable of processing multiple project details. Experience leading scrums and hands on experience driving agile web development methods a plus.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner: with Account business leads during planning process to ensure production resources, timelines, efficiency and optimization are considered. Ability to pivot quickly and realign the team to meet goals. 

Drive: targeted communications production process and execution of email and web assets. 

Scope: project deliverables, build schedule and assign resources. Provide project status updates/recaps to key stakeholders. 

Innovate: Collaborate and manage production procedures and production-related tools. Constantly refine the process leveling up new ideas and tactics to improve the work and workflow, push boundaries, and drive partner goals. 

Collaborate: Work harmoniously with a multidisciplinary team including: creative directors, content specialists, designers, strategists, and developers. 

Organize: Keep the partner communication and workflow organized. 

Understand: Build a clear understanding for the creation and development of emails and websites. 

Edit & Proof: Ensure flawless execution of all work and communication that is either launched or provided to the partner. 

Contribute: Participate in interactions with both team and partners and take part in our social activities. 

Forecast: Track resources and capacity by attending weekly meetings and sharing the status on all projects.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passionate about brands, digital communications and emerging technologies.
• 3+ years of digital production experience, preferably in a retail/commerce environment.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working with Technical teams and ability to understand how business needs and technical needs align.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a diverse team environment.
• Ability to work off hours when necessary.
