Senior Mobile JS Engineer

We’re a small venture backed team based out of Portland and Palo Alto trying to build the first indispensable product for managers and their teams. As an analogy: sales people have Salesforce, engineers have JIRA and Github… Koan aims to be the same for managers.

We believe there’s a better way for teams to perform reporting, get feedback and achieve goals. We aim to build the next category in Enterprise Software.

—What you’ll be doing—

* Be part of the early technical team, building the first version of the product

* Building our Mobile iOS and Android applications in ES6 and React Native

* Select tools and processes for our mobile development pipeline

* Contributing your expertise in architecture, design and usability

* Working with the founding team in Portland

—You’ll have—

* Experience in React Native or native iOS/Android development

* A deep understanding of Javascript and ES6

* An understanding of CSS/HTML5 and associated frameworks and best practises

* Previously shipped applications to the App or Play Stores

* Formal education in Computer Science (CS) or equivalent experience and a long history of shipping production software to users in SaaS markets, including in the past 12 months

* A great Github account, or other evidence of impact on team projects.

* Probably a few cool side projects
