Reflect is growing and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to further accelerate our growth. In this role, you will actively seek new business through creative outreach to prospects via email, social media, and other resources, developing qualified prospects to pass on to executives. This position will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.

You will:

    • Work relentlessly. You will work relentlessly to generate leads and build prospect lists into multiple organizations via email, networking, and more.
    • Nurture and qualify. You understand the need to nurture and qualify new leads that will turn into sales ready meetings for the account executives.
    • Be the voice. Articulating Reflect’s value proposition comes naturally to you and you can speak with various management levels and professionals across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
    • Contribute and define. You will contribute to critical functions as we scale and will have a voice in creating processes related to forecasting, reporting, customer database management and more.
    • Develop superior customer service. We have a hands on, service oriented sales approach. We do not settle for unhappy customers and always strive to provide the best experience possible.

You are:

    • An excellent communicator. You will be chatting a lot with sales prospects from a range of different industries and some will know what they want and others will need your help to understand how Reflect can be a great fit. To be successful, you will need to be talk to creative, business, and technical types, listening to their needs and asking solid clarifying questions.
    • Highly motivated.  A highly motivated self-starter who brings their “A” game to work every single day and consistently raises the bar. You are driven to do whatever it takes to achieve your objectives and win.
    • A voracious learner. Being able to learn quickly is more important than previous knowledge. You're excited to learn about new techniques and strategies. You have the ability to embrace change in an ever-changing start-up.
    • Data-driven. Funnel analysis and conversion optimization will be a big part of what you do, so you should be comfortable with data analysis and analytics.
    • Empathetic. We are a close knit team that enjoys working with one another and seeing each other succeed. You own your mistakes and fail forward. You help others up when they are down. You see our customers as people and strive to make their lives better.

Bonus points:

    • Previous startup experience
    • Previous sales development experience
    • Media relations/PR pros, who’ve pitched journalists/bloggers and are looking for a transition to sales, could be a good fit too
