New Context is a rapidly growing consulting company in the heart of downtown San Francisco. We specialize in Lean Security: an approach that leads organizations to build better, safer software through hands-on technical and management consulting. We are a group of engineers who live and breathe Agile Infrastructure, Systems Automation, Cloud Orchestration, and Information & Application Security.
Please Note: Applicants must be a U.S. citizen living in the U.S. for this role.
We have a well-established Client seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our large ongoing engagement together. Coordinating with our Lead Architect, you will ensure all development work is prioritized, tracked, and executed. You will help ensure the lines of communication stay open and clear with client-side contacts, project developers, and the Lead Architect. This project is long-running, has an excellent chance of renewal, and expanding the role into other engagements is possible.
While client site visits will be part of your role, you will also have the freedom to work with clients and New Context team members from the comfort of your home, or in one of our offices (if you live in the San Francisco or Kansas City, MO areas). We foster a tight-knit and highly-supportive environment. Even if you do not know an answer to a problem at hand, you'll have the entire company supporting you via Slack, Zoom, or in-person. We also host a daily, all-company stand-up meeting via Zoom, and a weekly company retrospective, so you won't just be a name on an email!
