We are a group of engineers who live and breathe Agile Infrastructure, Systems Automation, Cloud Orchestration, and Information & Application Security.
We are looking for a highly ambitious and successful salesperson who has significant experience in professional services sales in cybersecurity, engineering, software development, DevSecOps and/or infrastructure.
This role is remote-friendly, but proximity to San Francisco, Kansas City or Washington, D.C. is preferred.
Our market focus is within industries managing critical infrastructures such as Energy, Healthcare, Finance, and Industrials. The Solutions Sales Manager will help clients to realize competitive advantage from New Context service offerings. This dynamic individual will consult clients to match their business strategy with effective and secure operational solutions to drive both growth and profitability.
As a Solutions Sales Manager you would expand our client base by selling our professional services capabilities and solutions which are built around secure coding, DevSecOps, cybersecurity research and threat intelligence.
What You'll be Doing:
- Leading sales of New Context professional services
- Advising on strategy, management, technology and risk consulting services to help a diverse set of clients anticipate and address their most complex business challenges
- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to anticipate customer needs, features, and functional requirements
- Working with internal management leadership to put together a road map of Professional Services offerings based on market demands
- Acquiring new business in our preferred industries
Who You Are:
- A proven Sales professional with 5+ years of extensive and progressive experience in Global software services strategy, Professional Services, Sales, and/or Strategy Consulting;
- Skilled in business development, prospecting and presentation – a door opener who is capable of building a robust network across the business, IT and Development functions;
- Capable of developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities;
- Performance-driven and able to execute and close a sale;
- Experienced working with senior-level executives on relationship engagement and management;
- Able to articulate and credibly discuss DevSecOps industry issues, trends and business solutions with customers / prospects;
- Strong problem-solver with the ability to pivot and succeed in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communicator (verbally and written) with interpersonal, relationship-building skills;
- Able to work both independently and with a team;
- A proactive, creative and innovative thinker
