Looking for a Full Stack Azure Node.js Consultant for an Augmented Reality Project

Hello. Object Theory (http://objecttheory.com) is looking for full stack Azure Node.js consultant for an augmented reality development project. You would be working on the back-end and user + content portal portion of an augmented reality application. Ideally the consultant would be willing to work in our office in downtown Portland (some work from home or remote is ok, too), full-time or part-time during the duration of the project. The length of the project has not been finalized at this time (estimated 4-12 weeks), but we are needing someone to start as soon as reasonably possible. Our current consultant has taken a full-time job closer to home and we are looking for a new consultant to help us.

Role:

* Develop front-end websites / portals / CMS

* Develop back-end servers and REST APIs

Requirements:

* Strong JavaScript, Node.js, and React experience - server and client ends

     - Familiar with newer ECMAScript features, esp. Promises, async/await

* REST API design, implementation

* Database design, implementation

* Azure cloud integration experience (or experience with AWS equivalents)

     - Azure App Service

     - Azure Storage Account (esp. Blob storage)

     - SQL Server / Databases

     - Active Directory authentication

     - Azure Functions

     - Azure Event Grid

* Solid general dev experience

     - Source control with Git, best practices

     - Security best practices, principle of least privilege

     - Good general software design / code modularization

Nice To Haves:

* JavaScript framework experience

     - General

          - TypeScript, Redux familiarity

     - Server

          - Loopback v3 experience (server REST API framework)

          - Passport authentication experience

          - Azure JS APIs (MS Graph, Azure Storage)

          - Mocha unit testing

     - Client

          - React-Router familiarity

          - Semantic UI React or equivalent UI framework experience

* Mobile front-end web dev experience / best practices

* Unity3D / C# development experience
